Ayurveda is your bodies Constitution. You set your own rules to live by. While your conscious self must follow the laws of society, your inner consciousness follows the laws of Ayurveda.
You must set some time to be alone each day to get in touch with your inner being. Use this time to cleanse your soul. You will need to learn some meditation techniques that will teach you to relax and become at peace with yourself. This is an important step as it will be the foundation of your Ayurveda, or Dosha.
