The way by which one can do this is to simply wash it clean with soap and water. If possible, keep it protected with some gauze and replace the dressing on a regular basis. Another thing that one can do is to simply apply heat to the affected area. With the use of a typical heating pad, one can facilitate the blood circulation within the boil area and attract as well as encourage one’s antibodies to aid in the healing of the boils.
